Dance

Dance is a sport but it is also an art form. It is used as a form of expression or social interaction. It is presented in a spiritual or performance setting. Dance refers to the movement of the body, usually rhythmic and accompanied by music.
Dance as an art may tell a story, set a mood, or express an emotion. Some dances consist of symbolic gestures that tell a story completely through movement. As recreation, dancing has long been a people's source of fun, relaxation, and companionship.
Dances can be done solo, while some dances require 2 or more people.
